That we should probably turn off the ability to start new threads for about 80% of the registered users.

That there aren't enough KU threads. They should be ranked higher.

I'm thinking about the lasting impact Hitler had on the world, Mr. penguinz. For example, if it hadn't been for Hitler, it's likely that ...

1. The atomic bomb wouldn't have been invented until decades later.

2. The cold war would likely never have started.

3. There would likely be no Israel and, therefore, far fewer Middle East problems.

4. There would likely have been no 911 attack.

5. Germany would have a lot of older buildings.

6. A lot of people would still be alive today. And the descendents of those people, of course. Some of them would, no doubt, have been great scientists, artists, writers, etc..

7. Skinhead would be the name of a disease or an alternative label for one's sin snake.

More Chinese toy recalls, and this time my kid actually has some of them at home.

Probably but the scientists that came up with the idea of fision knew at once that it could/would be weaponised.

There would have been tension with the Commies anyway the sides might have not been so unified but it's been there.

A product of WWI political move by a floundering GB, it might not have gotten as bad but the problems were there before WWII.

See above, WWI effectivly killed the Briitsh Empire. That's one of the reasons we got the job of "Middle East Cop". We might not have been so gungho to take it if not for WWII but maybe.

This is a good point, it's a shame so much was destroyed. I guess that's a good reason not to invade your neighbors and gas millions.

I've got nothing really here.

Ditto, but I'm working through lunch so I can leave early and enjoy the weekend. Just have food/beer/cigars on the mind and not necessarily in that order.

Oh, and definitely NOT deer pussy. :p
