Anyone here work for a mobile phone company other than T-Mobile?
Need some personal insight on cell phones.
We have had, used, and loved T-Mobile for nearly 2 years now but the phone is simply not working properly in our area. Apparently we are in an area rated for outdoor use only. So... off to find a new service. Looking on-line it seems that all the companies are offering similar rates so it comes down to service. Who do you use, how do you like it, and are there any special rates for city employees? :D Thanks ahead of time! |
Verizon and AT&T have a 30 day policy where fees would be waived if not satisfied I believe. You will need to be firm with them if/when you are not happy.
Like sitting thru a time share sales meeting. Only way to know for certain is to test it w/o a long term committment. No wireless carrier will guarantee indoor coverage.... unless they have built a site next door. |
I got Verzion, and it's been a very good phone for me. I also used Alltell and they were very good as well.

to answer your question, yes i work for Sprint. as for coverages
http://coverage.sprintpcs.com/IMPACT...zip=&x=27&y=11 try that link, if it doesnt work go to Sprint.com and click coverages. i live out in gardner and in the past have had horrible luck with coverage. however, as of the past two - three years that has changed and i no longer have issues. my only issue is with the Moto Razr, too many technical probs..... to piggyback on nomads response, Sprint I think has the same deal where if your not satisfied ....... as i have been with them for over 7 years thats all i can comment on so im not trying to give you a mini-infomercial ;) |
