Do you ever remember the Chiefs having a worse roster?
 

In the 80s some might have been close to this bad, but I don't think they matched this one for ineptness and all around poor overall quality.

This is what rebuilding looks like. It gets ugly before it gets better.

Anywhere from 1975 to 1988.

Today's players would destroy any of those teams.

I can think of a couple worst than Herm.

I've been ready for a scrappy young team for a long time now. It's time to sit back and (if all goes well) watch the beginnings of a new great team.

The Chiefs have a couple nice building blocks to work with. This will be a big draft coming up that will tell if we will suck for another 8 years or another 4 years.

I will give you Edwards, perhaps only Frank Ganz could equal his ineptitude.

True, cupboard was also pretty bare.

In the age of salary cap, it's the worst I've ever seen, but with that said, to be fair, we don't have a complete roster right now. Hopefully, it's gets alot better.
