need help with a song
 

Ok back when hip hop was "fresh" Dope and fly there was songs around the "MTV" party to go vol 1. There was a song that was mostly instrumental but had a dial tone in it as some back dude in a limo dialed a bag phone. The dial tone was a big part of that song. It was around the time tribe called quest, krs, and other legends of hip hop were blowing up. thanks in advance.
