Long or Gholston?
 

Most insiders are now agreeing that Jake Long will go at 1 to Miami, Dorsey will then go to St. Louis, and Atlanta will take Ryan.

Thus, it seems we may get our choice between Chris Long or Vernon Gholston. My question is who would you prefer?

Chris Long no question. Long is going to transition into a way better 4-3 end than Gholston, and their is no motor concerns.

Chris Long. Without question.

Has played every technique you could possibly need.

3-4 DE, 3-4 OLB, 4-3 DE, 4-3 DT, 4-3 OLB.



FWIW, I still think J Long to Miami is smokescreen. I bet Miami takes Gholston or Chris Long.

Anyone who would take Gholston over Chris Long and runs a 4-3 is :bong:

If we can't get Dorsey C. Long would be a dream come true.

In the 4-3 I think C.Long may be a better fit, I personally think Gholston would be great in a 3-4. Yes he did play 4-3 and 3-4 at OSU, and he did drop in coverage, and feels comfortable doing it. I think Gholston is going to be something special. If JA stays we dont need either one of them, I would take Dorsey over both of them.
