A guy as ripped and as fit as him has to have some kind of motor to look like that. Lazy people just do not look like that.

Gholston beat Jake Long for a sack? I never heard of that before. I wonder why people don't mention it more often.

He didn't get the sack or make a tackle.

Not to rain on the parade, but it looked to me like that was more Long's mistake on his first step than it was Gholston simply running him over.

you are mistaken, Gholston is the second coming of LT, DT and other great DE/LB's :hmmm:o:-)

Looks like Long thought he would have inside help. In any event it was impressive that GHolston could get by him and Hart. Too bad he doesn't look that good against the run or give that effort every play.
