ROFL @ Draftdaddy.com evaluation

2.35 CB Brandon Flowers, Virginia Tech: Zone corner compares to Ty Law. Speedwise too. Grade: C. :shake:

If he compares to Ty Law, how is that a C?

That guy is looking at his 40 and saying he's slow, that's all it means.

You can't be his size and be slow and be that good..his game speed is much faster than that bs combine

Jerry Rice ran a 4.7 or 4.6 40 before the 1985 draft, but nobody could catch him on the field. Wayne Chrebet had that same kind of speed on the field that the 40 clock can not predict.

We'll line up him 10 yards off the receiver anyway.

Does anyone have any youtube clips, or other links, where Flowers looks fast in coverage? Any clips of him going stride for stride with a fast receiver downfield? Most of the clips I've seen are him keeping the play in front of him, or making some nice tackles on shorter routes or runs.
