Midwest Airlines baggage question
When they say total dimensions cannot exceed 62", does that include the wheels? Can't find the answer on their website and calling them is an endless transfer to more recordings.
|
Nobody knows? My bag is over 62" with the wheels. If measured ignoring the wheels it is only 60". Just trying to make sure they don't hit me with that $100 fee for being over the limit.

I'd advise you if I could, but I can't. I simply don't know the answer.
|
Yes, it includes the wheels. But, you might get lucky.

Finally managed to reach a REAL person and all they could say was it shouldn't matter as they are more concerned with the weight limit of 50 lbs. Didn't really make me feel that my case would be OK.
I have flown to Denver with it back in 2002 but not since then. Can't remember what airline that was though. |

This means we will charge depending on the mood of the counter clerk.
Thank you. |
