-I actually threw my remote at my laptop bag, which was below my tv, when Brady was nailed on a previous play (one or two plays before he was sacked?). My wife of course thought I was an a-hole, since she can't understand how I felt.

Funny, I think it was the first time I threw anything at the tv since 1997, when Bledsoe threw that crappy int vs. the Steelers in reg. season game.-

that aint shit. i threw a full high life through the tv about the 3rd quarter of the steelers game a few years back.

boo-****ing-hoo.

Well it certainly sucks that Brady is hurt, but by no means should anyone feel sorry for us. 2009, here we come.

I am looking at this on the bright side. This will certainly get a lot of bandwagon Patriots fans to go the fuck away. and it'll make the games way more entertaining now. As much fun as it was last year to watch these guys play, it got borning sometimes. I almost missed the days of scratching and clawing all season. Those days are going to be back.

It makes me sick to think that anyone would actually cheer an injury to a player. That to me is the lowest form of a football fan.

Cheer your team, cheer the players, boo the other players, but don't cheer when a player goes down.

Anyone that knows how much a knee injury hurts would not be cheering out of sheer empathy.

yup. I agree completely. I messed my knee up pretty bad, about 12 years ago, and when Brady went down I felt the pain in my knee come right back.

and talk about people fans cheering when someone gets hurt......remember when Pennington went down last year and Giants Stadium erupted in cheers.

I threw down another beer.

Yea, I remember that one. I hurt my knee too, and to this day it hurts sometimes.

One of the reasons I can't stand Eagles fans is because they cheered Irvin when he went down with a career ending injury. I didn't particuarly care for Irvin, but wouldn't cheer the end of a player's career.

It's just low class.

I'm not happy about the injury by any means, but I'm not about to start feeling sorry for Pats fans. Boston fans have had enough success recently.

I don't blame other AFC team fans for being happy. You think NE fans weren't happy when LT and Gates didn't play in the playoff game last year? Of course they were. These guys are rich millionares so there's no crying for them. Brady out for year makes alot of people happy including me. He's not dead, stop over reacting.

I didn't cheer when Brady went down. In fact, I hoped he would be back. I love sports and hate teams. I even go as far as hating players, but I won't cheer for anybody getting hurt. When Maclin got hurt the first thing I thought was I hope it isn't serious, even though he could be the deciding factor against KU.

Besides, do you ****ers even want to tempt kharma with OUR fragile QB by cheering Brady's injury?
