Carl Peterson..Worst GM in Football History?

19 years with a total of 3 playoff wins and 0 SB appearences.

And the most pathetic part is that at the end of his run when he should of already put together a Pats like team, he is fielding the worst team in Chiefs history.

All I can say is ****ing wow!

wasn't steadman supposedly even worse?

gblowfish 09-21-2008 02:05 PM

At least Steadman got Worlds of Fun built.
Carl should put a ferris wheel in the parking lot at Arrowhead, then he'd pull even.

I would of said that until Herm started making me desire a team at least as good as the Chiefs in the 80's.

Have any non-expansion teams ever lost every game?

If we turn the trick, I think you have to nominate these two jokers as the worst GM/Coach tandem in league history.

If they have it happened so long ago it doesn't matter.

Peterson's band-aids finally all fell of this giant wound at once and damn if we are not making it as hard as we can to heal the wound.

Herm seems to forget to teach the team how to win. Huard should of been in the game. I don't care if you want to "take a look" at a guy, you have to establish winning as a habbit.

You should change your name to "nit-picking doucheman."

Perspective people.

As bad as Carl is, worst ever is a bold statement.

Do you honestly think he's worse than Matt Millen or Mike Brown?

No GM in football has held the position as long as CeePee has without a SB appearence.

That's pretty sad.

BigMeatballDave 09-21-2008 02:23 PM

By far and away.

FringeNC 09-21-2008 02:25 PM

Peterson is awful. Herm is a worse coach than Peterson is GM. Peterson hired the guy, though -- so it's a tough call who the bigger piece of shit is.

Like I said, neck and neck.
