Has there ever been an NFL team that wasn't a laughing stock

...at one point & time, in their history?

Have Jacksonville or Carolina ever looked as bad as we do?

I know, they're expansion teams so that gives them an edge...

The Panthers went 1-15 back in 2001.

It usually takes a few high draft picks to build the really good teams, so my guess is there probably aren't a whole lot of franchises who haven't had a run of bad years now and then.

Steelers?

Then I just looked up their stats on Profootballreference.com and its obvious they were pretty terrible before Chuck Noll got there.

Since 1970, the Vikings have only won less than 5 games one time (1984).

The 60s were brutal, but since 1970 they have NEVER won less than 5 games.

IMO laughing stock is when your in the dumps for a while. While the Chiefs enjoyed some sucess in the 90's. It didnt translate into anything at all. lol

There are the elite franchises that usually take a year or 2 to rebuild and they are back on top. I dont count that as a laughing stock, just a quick rebuild. We are going on year 2 of it and we arent getting better as of right now. Well unless you write for WPI. lol

You mean by getting lucky and raping the Vikings on draft picks.
