Girl Convicted of Child Porn on Herself

I find this kind of funny. Is she dangerous to herself? Should she not be allowed to touch herself until she's 18? I personally think that whoever named her school "Newark Licking Valley" should be arrested.

And the scary part is that they're considering arresting the people she sent the photos to. Can you get someone arrested now by e-mailing them a picture?

Girl, 15, Faces Child Porn Charges for Nude Cell Phone Pictures of Herself
Thursday, October 09, 2008

NEWARK, Ohio — Central Ohio authorities have filed felony charges against a 15-year-old girl accused of taking nude cell phone photos of herself and sending them to high school classmates.

Police say the Newark Licking Valley student was arrested Friday and held over the weekend. On Monday, she entered denials to juvenile charges of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material and possession of criminal tools.

A spokeswoman for the Ohio attorney general's office says an adult convicted of the child pornography charge would have to register as a sexual offender, but a judge would have flexibility on the matter with a convicted juvenile.

A prosecutor says Licking County authorities also considering charges for students who received the photos.

15 will get you 20.

If there's grass on the field, play ball.

If it bleeds it breeds, etc...etc...

Why don't they just make it illegal to commit suicide and arrest the perps after the crime?

The school is Licking Valley, it doesn't go by Newark Licking Valley FTR. I live about 25 minutes from their school. They are a High School Football Machine, and they crank out some really good players. One player is coming to TOSU on a full ride, that is huge for a school that small.

KCrockaholic 10-09-2008 10:52 AM

haha this same thing happened at my high school, although no one got arrested

Rain Man 10-09-2008 11:04 AM

I find this case kind of interesting, because it makes me wonder what other charges you can make. How many of us were guilty of child molestation on ourselves before we were 18?

FAX 10-09-2008 11:07 AM

Exactly, Mr. Rain Man. This is pretty crazy.

I guess I was also molested by several girls when I was in high school. I suppose that, subconsciously, I've blamed myself all these years.
