For those of you who thought Quinn...
could be had for a 3rd (lol @ that by the way)...
The Vikings reportedly offered their first-round picks in 2009 and 2010 in exchange for Brady Quinn. This comes from the Minneapolis Star-Tribune's Charley Walters, who isn't exactly a spot-on source. He doesn't say when the offer was made. Still, if the Browns passed on such an overwhelming trade it confirms their continued concern with Derek Anderson. Walters suggests that the Quinn deal could be resurrected after the season, or the Vikings could pursue Anderson. |
The Browns not taking that is so awful
|
If thats true, that means the Browns have SERIOUS doubts about Anderson.
They refused back to back #1 picks?? Wow... |
I saw this earlier today, and am still in shock. Assuming it's true.
Cleveland is beyond reeruned. |

I think Quinn is going to be the starting QB as soon as next year...and I think the Browns can get a 3rd or something out of Anderson. Obviously they think of Quinn as their franchise QB. |
and what is up with the Vikings? They must not like draft day very much...
|
If true, dumbest NON move in history by Cleveland
|
I guess I disagree.

I guess Cleveland believes the QB is the most important position on the field...
|
What does that tell you about the Vikings feelings about T. JAckson, their previous 1st round pick. At least Croyle was a 3rd rounder.
