Things we loved about the first half
 

I love the fact that we had 2 consecutive series where we had to go for it on 4 and 1 to get a first down. Herm wants to get exactly 10 yards in exactly 3 plays. Hey, Herm, it's okay to make a first down in only 1 or 2 plays.

Getting to the 30 consistently on kickoff returns, that's a positive.

It only lasted 90 minutes.

I love that Brodie Croyle lives up to the jokes we make about him.

We're only losing by 17.

I love that Kolby Smith has enough wherewithal to change directions when the hole is clogged up.

I loved the fact that I spent 45 minutes of the first half on the phone with someone who barely spoke English who was trying to help me get my cell phone working, that had to be far more enjoyable than watching the game.

I loved how we got instant clarity about our QB situation.

Not to sound like an ass, but with Brodie getting hurt again, we can move along and have no choice but to get a new QB for next year. There is no more if's ands or buts. Herm and Carl now know that it has to be done without any doubts.

Me too, actually. I was pulling for Croyle the entire time, but now I can finally let go and move on. I feel sorry for anyone who bought a Croyle jersey. I mean, if anyone did.

I dont think I can subject myself to Huard and the wobblelauncher...

I loved how we are 4.54% closer to being rid of Herm and Carl, assuming we play this way the rest of the season.

Unfortunately this will give Herm a great excuse and another year. :mad: "The QB didn't work out. THat's why we lost. Give me another year and a QB and it's oookaaaaaay."

We really need some of these other shitty teams to win.
