Well it didn't take long for one of the recruits from late night to commit. The rivals #27 rated player overall of 2009 has verbally committed to attend KU. That gives us #27 PG/SG Elijah Johnson and #18 PF Thomas Robinson that have committed for the 2009 season. Now if we can get X this recruiting class will be complete. My question is do we have enough scholarships or is that it? It seems like in the article Self is assuming someone leaves for the NBA next year and will offer 3-4 schollies for the 2009 season. That seems wishful thinking to me. I don't think Sherron or Cole will be in the NBA next season.

didn't they just give Kleinmann a scholarship last year instead of being a walkon? he's a senior

I'm not sure. I've heard Kleinmann comes from a wealthy family so he should be ok. Isn't Chase Buford on schollie too or am I off my meds? Either way, if we can get Henry I'd pitch in to pay for Kleinmann or Bufords tuition lol
