I'd personally like to see Steve Spagnuola.

:clap: That would be a solid choice...

But first we have to replace the GM.... Without a new GM, the coach will fail...

1. Somebody in their 40s.
2. Somebody who has worked both sides of the ball as an AC (successfully).
3. Somebody who has worked with a solid quarterback.
4. Somebody who has worked with a winning organization.

Cowher or Garrett. I highly doubt those two would see the red sea though.

But those contracts can be broken for a promotion to HC... I would believe...

I know who I dont wnat to see.. Cowher, Marty or anything related to that or Carls little coaching shrub...

No to Cowher, yes to Garrett, I think he will be the next HC for Dallas though
