Terrible Christmas incident -- Breaking News...Count your blessings
 

This is a sad story, involving murder so stop reading if you don't want to hear about this.

I turned on the morning news while wrapping a last-minute gift.

Apparently last night out here in Covina a man with marital troubles barged into a family party dressed in a Santa suit and shot at everyone in the party and set the house ablaze. Not sure how many are dead, at least three.

THis will be national news within hours.

I guess I'm just saying please be safe and count yourselves blessed.

If you know anyone who's having family or marriage problems, talk to them. Stuff like this gets out of hand and sometimes people just need someone to listen to them an put things in long-term perspective.

Wow... that's crazy. Made only slightly stranger by the fact that I lived in Covina for about 2 years as I was growing up. Just drove around there not long ago until I found my old house.
