College Football Bowl Game Prizes
 

As most may know, the teams that make the bowl appearances get gifts from sponsors etc.

For instance MU players will get 80gig PS3's just for making the Bowl game.

Question is, how is this not an NCAA infraction for players receiving gifts, and its not fair to other sports for instance NCAA Mens March Madness doesn't do anything like this. (I dont think)

Is the BCS and NCAA in agreement on how much players can get or something?
