How will the change of administration and coaches
 

effect team changes?

a new GM will probably change the head coach but what about the scouts .... starting players etc?

will they wait and evaluate the scouts etc for a year before making changes?

will a GM/head coach hesitate to make any larger personal changes until they have had a chance to evaluate everything themselves?

will they avoid drafting a Quarterback with the 2/3 pick of the draft until they get to see Thigpen play for awhile?

Im gonna say, when a new GM is hired, pretty much everything changes.

I do think evaluation will happen at first, but I don't think there is gonna be any wait i.e., like a year to see things..nope i dont believe that. At best the most I see is i think there will be talks between the GM and the rest of the crew now to see where things go, but, usually most of time, when a new GM is hired he is gonna want to bring in his "own" set of guys whom he believes will be a good compliment to him.
