I just saw on the news where a guy in Tulsa is finding repoed houses that are sitting vacant waiting for the Sheriff's auction. Then he breaks in and puts a new lock on the front door. He then rents the house out. They have found 4 houses he is renting so far for $900 per month. One couple has been in the house for 3 months.

Good idea except for the whole felony part.

The reporter found the guy and he told her three diferent stories. None were true. The cops haven't said anything yet.

This guy doesn't charge a deposit. It must be why he rents them so quickly.

Probably leave them in the house and find a new one.

This guy probably has read up on this and knows something about the laws. I could be wrong. He might be charged with something as small as B&E, or as big as fraud.
