Who finds success in the 3-4?
check all that apply. Interested to see who you guys have faith in. And think of this as a role on either the DL or at LB. Pollard only counts if you see him moving closer to the line.
|
fock, went to all this trouble and left off McBride :wall:
what I'm curious to see, is how many players people actually think we have in the waiting to start at the 7 various positions... |
I think it will be Curry. Haha, had to say it for Mecca and the QB crew.

Curry, no doubt.
The Chiefs will NOT select Mark Sanchez. COUNT ON IT. |
what would our starters look like if we had to play tomorrow?
Williams.....Tyler.....Dorsey.....McBride.....Hali ..................Pollard.....Johnson.................. |
DJ most definately.
|
I wonder if Brian Johnston would do well as an OLB in this scheme? IIRC, he was a bit light for a RDE but was supposed to be a good pass rusher.

Tank, Pollard (could be Polamalu-like in the right scheme), Flowers, DJ... maybe a few others, but these are the big ones.
|
If the Chiefs go 3-4....the odds of selecting Curry in the first just went up.
|
Aaron Curry is not a pass rusher, at all. He's a cover backer.
He's Derrick Brooks or Patrick Willis (only if they weren't nearly as good). He's not James Harrison or Lawrence Taylor. 3-4 OLB is in no way at all similar to 4-3 OLB. And according to the above poll, the correct answer is none. |
