when do royals tickets go on sale?
 

i've been checking the royals' website on a regular basis trying to get tickets for opening weekend. anybody have any idea when they go on sale?

yeah, they're doing a raffle for those tickets. You have to sign up for a chance to be able to purchase TWO tickets to the opening game, and then they draw and if your name is drawn you can purchase tickets.

i am actually just planning on going saturday and sunday. not actually on opening day. surely i don't have to enter a drawing for saturday and sunday?

I will find out for you tomorrow and will post in this thread. I have several friends with the Royals.

I grabbed the 9 pack plus opening day, so pretty pumped for opening day. Not sure when single ticket sales start, but probably early to mid March. I think they announce the winners of the raffle on like March 3rd, so sometime after that.

I'm glad and all, but dang. Who knew! I remember not to long ago upper deck seats were five bucks on certain nights. Now we're having to raffle chances for seats?

Opening weekend tickets for most teams sell out. Thats when there is hope for all teams. Then after about a month or 2 you see what your team is. lol

March 7th at 9:00 a.m. for individual ticket sales.

I gotta score some of those outfield seats in front of the fountains in left field.

I just heard back from one of my friends with the Royals, and he also said everything goes on sale March 7.
