My roommates cat always ****in whines, at night, in the morning, right now..ARGGHHHHHH..What does it want??? It has food, it has toys, it has a litter box..

It wants to bug you.

lead, it wants lead.

By whining, do you mean it wants attention, or just howls?

It's probably in heat.

Well, even when it gets attention it whines, like 2 minutes after.

Maybe it is sick. Have your roommate take it to the vet. It's his/her responsibility.

Ya, I was thinking the same thing, the only thing I can think of is he wants to go outside..but last time he ran out he didn't come back, rather got found by the animal shelter and gave a nice little fine too.

try taking away the toys sometimes they have an odd reaction to one of the toys, like they think it is real or something. We used to have this one mouse that the cat would just meow at all night long
