Presumably we could trade up into the late 2nd and make an offer that the cap-strapped Saints can't match. Unless there are some RFA rules I'm not aware of.

Moore would be a hellava pickup.

They are similar in the fact that they are quick and can catch the ball.
Moore would be great we need down field threat that we don't have. This would be ideal across from Bowe.
