I can't get Firefox to recognize Flash 10
Any ideas on how to make it work?
Thanks Fat E |
What do you mean by "recognize"?
Sometimes Flash Player won't install correctly using the online installer they try and make you use. Did you try to download it manually and run it? If you're a windows user, try this: http://www.updatestar.com/directdown...ctivex/1089601 |
check options, then start uninstalling flash, if that doesn't work then uninstall firefox and reinstall.

You might try this in the morning.... http://news.cnet.com/8301-13554_3-99...?tag=mncol;txt

Just double checking to be sure, but if you have the noscript add on or something like that it will block the scripts that want to load your flash player and it will look like you don't have flash.

Where I was able to track down the particular .dll file. I then went in and changed the name and reinstalled flash and now it works. |
