So I'm browsing other boards tonight, and I almost choked to death when I saw a thread titled.."I miss Carl Peterson"...

The message inside was "we used to have a GM here."

I'm just completely numb from the complete stupidity I've witnessed on some boards. Chiefs fans have to be some of the dumbest ****ing creatures walking the planet.

Only on a Chiefs board would a ****ing moron say that they miss Carl Peterson. Last year, at this time, if you would have told me that Carl Peterson would resign and we would get Scott Pioli, I would have offered up my first born as collateral.

Now that we've traded the fan favorite, who ironically was a complete asshole to most fans, people are pining for the days of Carl?

Yeah, who needs playoff wins when we can have superstar tight ends and full backs.

It's really not surprising, it's a market that is overly attached to players.

There are alot of people that would rather go with the Carl approach because it's safe and makes them feel good.
