I'd be happy if Meche got 6 innings, 3 runs at this point. He's been far from an ace the few starts.

His numbers against lefties have to be horrible. I can't believe Hilman batted him cleanup against them last week. He also refuses to PH a righty when the other team brings in a left to face them and our lefty never comes though in the clutch, nor should they have to.

Teahen might be the worst clutch hitter in MLB.

Against LHP: .244/.306/.289

.289 slugging percentage? Are you ****ing kidding me?

There should be two hard and fast rules for Jacobs from a manager's perspective: 1. He never plays in the field. 2. He's never in the lineup against a LHP.
