it appears that their lights may be on, but that is just from the flash. They parked their car there and my roommates car is in front of it, you can see the rear bumper on the right. What is wrong with this?

I'd take another picture from a better view from my driveway so you can see more clearly what the problem is. But my camera needs to charge.

There likely won't be anything wrong with it until you smash it out of the way of your driveway.
