Monday, Aug 10th 1:00PM will hear news of it over the weekend but this will be the actual time IMO that the signature will hit the page.

Chiefs confirm Jackson signing
Posted by Gregg Rosenthal on August 7, 2009 3:42 PM ET
Chiefs defensive end Tyson Jackson might be the least known top-three draft pick of the last decade.

News about his contract agreement has remained similarly under the radar.

Despite two reports that Jackson agreed to terms Thursday evening, no other national organizations picked up the story until well into Friday afternoon. (And, uh, it's not a civil case.)

They will have no choice now, as the Chiefs officially have announced the signing.

The Chiefs waived LB Weston Dacus to make room.

The next first-round domino to drop could be Seattle linebacker Aaron Curry, who was taken one spot after Jackson.

I would say this is a good thing, but they cut Weston "Big Thunder" Dacus.:deevee:
