there's bound to be another similar thread, but wtf.

who are the players through the years that you would have as lifetime Chiefs? Not the players like Neil Smith who kinda are, but the guys who played elsewhere first, but really had their run in KC. for me, Priest, and Joe Phillips top the list...

Marcus Allen made his name, and had his best years as a Raider.

Mike Webster isn't even close.

He spent all but his last season as a HoF center for the Steelers.

When his name comes up in conversation, almost no one outside the most homeristic Chief fan would associate his name to KC.

Hasty and Collins would be my choices as well.

Marcus Allen was an excellent running back for KC.

Neil Smith will always be a chief.

Doesn't fit the premise.

Allen really had his run with the Raiders, where he played for 11 years and gained about 75% of his career yardage, and had nearly twice as many TDs.
