My roommate was using my car and thought it would be a better idea to swerve to miss a dog and hit a fire hydrant.

How fast was he going?

On the plus side, the rental car I got is sweet! 2009 Nissan Altima.

Not sure, it happened just a few blocks away. 25 or less.

Should have taken out the dog. Blood is easier to clean than paint.

considering the dog was probably crossing the road to take a piss on said fire hydrant, i'd say your buddy would have been better off to just leave it up to him.

Car is fixed. I had them use the same hood to save me the $500 deductable.

damn i would think something could be done to make the hood look better.

I'm OK with it for now. My roommate will pay eventually.

i would say that if you got under the hood you could straighten in some yourself, next time PM me and i MAY be able to hook you up. (heres hoping there isnt a next time though:p)
