Some nutcase just threatened me with a butter knife
 

We've been having break-ins in my apartment complex recently, cars mostly, an apartment or three as well I think. Well it finally hit me, someone broke in and stole my cellphone. Anyway, 12:36am I knock on neighbors door to borrow the phone and call the police and this dumb motherfucker answers the door with a butter knife brandished in a tight fist and Foxnews blaring in the background. I can see he's paranoid and by the look on his face he thinks I'm a threat. I'm taken aback just a bit but I ask him if I can use the phone. He looks like he's about to piss his pants and he mumbles some excuse about not having a phone.

I do find a phone from another neighbor and I call the cops then sit on the steps to wait on them.
A few minutes pass and I hear this paranoid fruitcake shuffing around inside his apartment and then I swear to god he tries to make a sound like a shotgun chambering a round... he says "cla--CLACK".

Haha! What a nut. When the cops show up they say this guy calls them every time someone knocks on his door, but he should be harmless.

While the guy was certainly annoying, and had he come knocking on my door three times in the middle of the night I would have certainly wanted to shoot him in the face, the simple fact is he did NOT break into your house. He knocked on your door and then didn't go away. ****ed up? Yes. Break in? No. Doesn't sound like you were ever in any sort of danger.

This was really funny to me because I read this thread first and thought it was true then read the other one.
