Police: Pa. man busted with weed stuck to forehead

LEBANON, Pa. — Police in central Pennsylvania say they've nabbed a real pothead. They said an officer spotted 29-year-old Cesar Lopez inside a convenience store with a bag of marijuana stuck to his forehead. Investigators said Lopez was seen peering inside his baseball cap early Saturday morning in Lebanon, about 75 miles northwest of Philadelphia. When Lopez looked up, the officer noticed a small plastic bag appearing to contain marijuana stuck to his forehead.
Police said the officer peeled the bag off Lopez's forehead and placed him under arrest. He has been charged with drug possession. Police do not know whether Lopez has an attorney.
Authorities say the sweatband of a baseball cap is a frequent hiding place for drugs.

I know this dumb-f()ck that used to put a joint behind his ear all the time till he got pulled over one day forgetting it was there ..... come with us dumb-f()ck .........

I saw the same thing on cops one time. Cop pulls the dumbass over for a broken taillight (I think). Dude has a fricken joint behind his ear that the cop notice while asking for his license and registration. Cop asks him to get out of the car, and continues on to ask the driver if he uses drugs. Driver replied "Nope. No Sir." Cop says "really, you don't smoke marijuana or happen to have any on your possession". The driver then once again replied "Nope. No Sir." Cop then says "Really, then what is this (while reaching behind the man's ear to remove the joint)". I laughed so fricken hard when I saw that. It was priceless.

I did that with a hand rolled cigarette one time. I was 18 and my dad got some really good fresh tobacco and we where at LOZ. I had never smoked pot or messed with drugs and was walking around not even thinking anything about what people might be thinking. I forgot all about it and was down at the marina getting looks from people and I remember thinking "what the f**k are you people looking at." Well a Water Patrolmen grabbed my shoulder from behind and said "don't move." Of course at 18 I was a badass (or thought) and tried to swing around ready to kick some ass, but I turned around to see this big ol f**ker of a cop and was like "oh shit." He was cool though once he figured out what it was by taking it apart. Pissed me off cause it took me like 30 minutes to figure out how to roll the damn thing. Rolling a good joint is a skill set.

ROFL That's awesome! Also, you're correct, rolling a good joint is not as easy as one might think. It takes practice. I've got blunts perfected though. Those always came naturally to me. :D
