Last time Chiefs won with only FG's?

If memory serves correct, it was Monday night at Arrowhead, 1994 vs the Broncos. Chiefs won 15-10 I believe.

Just FYI, Montana was the QB for that game.

We had two Monday Night games against Denver in 94? It had to be a different year.

It was the second year we had Montana so maybe my year is off but nonetheless. Maybe it was Sunday night. All I know is, it was Montana vs. Elway, primetime game and we won with 5 FG's.

Hmmmm....maybe so? I honestly dont remember the game? But i do know the classic Montana/Elway Mile High game was played in Oct 94. The one where he hit Willie Davis in the final seconds.

Not since Jerome Woods, really.

Maybe Denver in 2007... I was at that game and it was like 8-6 at halftime before Huard threw a pick and fumbled it in straight possessions (iirc) to start the second half.

Spott 10-18-2009 07:57 PM

That game was the 1993 home opener against Denver that we won 15-7. It also happened in 1990 against the Raiders when KC won 9-7.
