Heheheheheh.

these are tough, tough, tough games...

I really liked the Cardinals and the Packers in the NFC...it's a shame they have to face off in round 1...

I like the 25:1 odds the Packers have of winning the Super Bowl...especially since they are going to get three dome games.

Pats
Jets
Cards (more so because I really want them to win)
Eagles

BigMeatballDave 01-04-2010 07:17 PM

I would've went with NE, but Welker is done.

Hootie 01-04-2010 07:18 PM

yeah I am having a tough time picking between the Cards/Packers but I could see the winner winning the NFC...

Although...I would honestly not be surprised by any of those teams winning the NFC this year...maybe the only one I doubt is the Saints and they are the #1 seed.

Ravens
Jets
Packers
Eagles

That'll hurt to be sure, but they did get both Fred Taylor and Sammy Morris back recently so the running game is in good shape. Julian Edelman can make some plays at WR in Welker's role, and there's still Moss. If it were in Baltimore, I'd be pessimistic, but I think the Pats can beat them in Gillette even without Welker. (I'm hoping, since I'll be there.)

(If the Pats win, they get to go to San Diego. On paper, that one looks like a sure-fire ass-kicking by the Chargers. On the other hand, the Chargers continually choke in the big game, and there's always the Norv Factor, so that game would be 50/50 probably...)

I also went with the Jets, Packers, and Cowboys. Packers are a better team than Arizona, and the other two are on a roll and their opponents (Cincy and Philly) are not.

How weird is it, that three of the four games are rematches a week later. Has that ever happened before?

I would say that we choked in 2004 against the Jets and in 2006 against the Pats, but in 2007 against the Pats, we were so depleted due to injury it wasn't funny, and did you really expect the Chargers to win in Pittsburgh last year?

You all realize the Jets are starting a rookie QB? They don't have the best of records in the playoffs.

Two things you need to do in January: run the ball, and play defense. And the Jets do that better than anyone else in the league. If Sanchez can keep from f**king them repeatedly, they have a very good shot, especially since the Bengals aren't exactly a well-oiled machine right now.

What are you talking about? His 63 yards passing led them to the playoffs!
