So I'm out of town this past weekend. I end up at a sports type restaurant/bar with a couple of buddies I went with. We are there watching tv for 3 or 4 hours, and in that time this gorgeous brunette sitting right behind me starts smiling when I walk by and in general, taking an interest in me. I'm married with kids. Happily. Dont wander on the wife and dont think I ever could. BUT, this gal had me mezmerized. Something about her, cant really explain it. She smelled great and had a beautiful smile, hair, and veluptuous (not at all "fat") body. I realized I was getting pretty damned attracted to her and decided I had to put the brakes on. I told my buddies we should go check out another bar or two. We left, that is all. How can you barely know someone and then have a hard time stopping thinking about her? Wierd stuff. Had to share.

It's ok to look at the menu.....as long as you don't order off of it.

I get smitten all the time. A couple of months ago it was Zoe Saldana. But it was like she didn't even know I exist. I was crushed.

I was in a restaurant this weekend and had an odd experience that I've never had before. I saw a person who I'm pretty sure was a woman, but I wasn't positive. Probably 90 percent sure it was a woman, but one of those who is small and flat-chested and with a very short haircut. But the really weird thing is that if it was a woman, she was kind of cute, which was very disturbing in the 10 percent chance that I was wrong.

Obvious Disclaimer: I'm married, so of course any observations in restaurants are merely observations, with no actions following. This is especially true if I'm not 100 percent sure of the gender.

I have been a few situations like that. I am a real estate appraiser and meet a lot of people. I have had a couple throw out strong hints. I even took one to lunch. I told myself that I wasn't sure she was into me.... but I knew it. She asked me back to her house again after lunch and said she had some other stuff to show me.... I politely declined and told her that I had another appointment I had to get to. That is the most tempted I have been. I have had other situations, but none so clear. None so available. None so incredibly attractive.

I also had a gay football player try to pick me up when I appraised his house. When I told him I was married, he told me that some women like to watch their husband with another man. I had to make sure not to have an overly negative reaction. If I had too big of a reaction, then, he could have claimed I was 'bias' in my opinion of value. And, I knew the value was coming in low. So, I just told him I would ask her and get back to him.... then got the heck out of there.
