Ok,

As some of you know I have not given up on Cassel yet, I have posted many times I am willing to give him 8-16 more games...But why didn't we draft Clausen at 2a and we couldve easily gotten McCluster with 2b?

I'm kind of confused by this...

(I mean drafting him at 2a would'vee been fine with me, I was just against drafting him with our #1...But with 2a seemed like a great deal...)

No, Philly was going to take MCCluster with the next pick if we didn't. We had to get him then and there.

Pioli doesn't want Clausen, he wouln't take him with their last pick if he was still there.

Yep, this round makes it obvious who the big dog is, Pioli.

He's making the team in the Pats image. Role players. Best 53 etc. We'd btter hop Pioli knows what he is doing because we are stuck with it.
