Actually, there are some neighborhoods around the stadium on both sides of Dale Mabry where you can park fairly cheap. I'm going to that game but I'll probably decide at the last minute where to park.

Aren't we working on a Tampa Planeteer get-together for this?

I haven't been in touch with you guys because honestly, I am not sure I'll still be here. I'm seriously considering moving back to KC because of the piss-poor job market in Tampa. P.S. I finally found a job, but it's nothing to get excited about...it's something, it's a temp job, but it gets the bills paid until I can score something else.

But I'm feeling better opportunities for me in KC and I'm in talks with some folks there in the hopes I'll get back home soon with a secured job.

If I'm still here though, I'll be at the game. I don't care if it's a preseason game- it's the Chiefs, and I want to be with my fellow Chiefs fans!

And what should I do about tickets? Can I get a good seat at the game? Is scalping legal?

Yeah, but class is only 1 weekend per month and I'm paying a shitload of money in tuition.

You can either get tickets ahead of time on stubhub or you'll likely be able to get cheap tickets outside the stadium. Scalping is now legal in Florida.
