•FOUR PLAYERS CUT: The Chiefs trimmed their roster by four players Sunday, about a week before the team must get down to its regular-season maximum of 53 active players.
The Chiefs released offensive lineman Tyler Eastman, running back Kestahn Moore, tight end Cody Slate and quarterback Bill Stull.
•SHEFFIELD, LEGGETT BACK: Defensive back Maurice Leggett and linebacker Cameron Sheffield, who were carted off the field in consecutive weeks because of injuries, were back at the Arrowhead practice facility Sunday. Leggett suffered a concussion at Tampa Bay, and Sheffield suffered what was called a neck injury Friday at Arrowhead Stadium.
