The fear among those who know the situation is that this could put Raye, Johnson and Singletary at odds with each other. Worse, it could undermine the already tepid trust the players have in the coaching staff.

This is some amazing shit here. San Francisco pretty much has the worst coaching staff in the NFL. Somehow Singletary has managed to become a poor man's Herm Edwards.

A friend of mine did some work for Sprint and had to deal with Jimmy Raye for a while back when he was here with the Chiefs. She said he was barely capable of speech and dumb as a box of rocks. I'm glad he's not calling plays here anymore!
