There has been a lot of research over the years that shows that football teams should go for it more often on 4th down. Looks like Haley has bought into the idea. We are going to be going for it on 4th down on a pretty regular basis. Should be interesting to see if the theory holds up in practice. First two tries today were wins.

I love his confidence in this young team. As long as the team rewards him by converting, he'll keep doing it. I thought throwing on the goal line was stupid, just like I did last week, but I'm glad it worked out.

it's weird, offensively the playcalling is conservative as hell but then we go for it on 4th down, do onside kicks and all sorts of weird shit.
