Severe Back Pain
 

I woke up yesterday and it killed me to just roll over. It's my mid to lower back and it kills to move at all. Yesterday I thought it was the most pain I have ever been in, but its even worse today.

Nope. Not that I'm aware of.

Eh, go see a doctor, they'll give you some pain pills and muscle relaxers. You'll have to take it easy for a couple days but you'll be fine.

I woke up one morning unable to move my neck - I was in agony. Went to work and was actually sent home without asking. Went straight to the chiropractor and he instantly fixed it. Never had the problem again.

He did try to milk me for numerous unnecessary follow up visits, but that first one was a lifesaver.

Could be nothing, could be something more serious like a bulging disc. See a doc, they'll ask you to move around & figure out what's wrong. Ibuprofen (lots of it) can reduce inflammation, but you may require opiates as well. I have multilevel bilateral nueroforaminal stenosis & a bulging disc & anterior osteophytic prominance... eat Ibuprofen a lot, sometimes the pain pills. See a doc.

You're luckier than I am then. Every time Ive gone to a chiropractor I felt great for a few hours, maybe even a day but then the pain came right back.
