This is a dip that should be kept warm or hot.

Rueben Dip

1 lb shredded swiss cheese
8 oz thousand island dressing
15 oz can sauerkraut - drained
9 oz deli corned beef - like Budding or Hormel. The thin sliced cheap stuff diced.

Put all in a crock or pot and heat through until cheese is melted.

Serve on cocktail rye or crackers.

Same to you. I don't really think you're an actual farmer guy if you don't eat Rueben's.
