Who has plans for the Draft? What are you doing?

Dressing up and watching it live in person? Dressing up and watching it at home alone while drinking 50 beers? Going to a bar? buddies house?

Not watching it?

Watching the first 1/4 of it then quitting after the Broncos start losing the draft? /knowmo

Loading your shotgun (or knife if you're in Denver) and preparing to off yourself... in case....?

Since the first round is on a weeknight/school night now, i imagine draft parties have been cut down significantly from a few years ago?

I will be drinking 50 beers, but that is just a typical weeknight.

I hear CP meltdown popcorn is awesome, I wouldn't know.

I'm gonna settle down with a beer and some snacks, shut the wife and kids out, and prepare to yell, "He's not even in my magazine!", when the Chiefs make their selection.

No, I meant the real draft. Not the Fantasy draft where your dumbass "knows nothing about football but will somehow win the league" friend picks the browns 3rd string injured rb and he goes off for 1200 yards. A pick that you make fun of him about all preseason, up until he blows up.

Yeah, I really don't like this format. For years, Draft Saturday was like a second Christmas for me. No yard work, no errands to run, just sit back on the couch with beer and snacks and watch football all day.

Now, I have to race home from work to watch the first round ... then wait a day (another work day) for the next round, then wait another day ...

Pizza. Couch. Draft Magazines. Chiefsplanet. Dr. Pepper. A prescription for a wonderful evening.


I liked doing the draft parties, but I don't think it works as well on Thursdays, so I haven't done it the past couple of years.
