Going to be in Denver this weekend.
I'm going to be in Denver Friday night and I have a free day Saturday. Any recommendations on something to do, besides punch John Elway in the face if I see him? My wife and I are thinking about driving up Estes Park. Is it with it?
Then Sunday and Monday I'll be in Breckenridge. Is there anything to do there? |

Huh?

You could smoke some pot while you're there.

Can't. My work gives random drug tests and I have bills. |

When I was there last July I enjoyed the drive up Mt. Evans, the highest paved US road. IIRC, the peak elevation is around 14k ft.
Check if there's a show at Red Rocks. Awesome venue. See what's going on at the Denver Museum of Art. They had some nice exhibits when I visited. |

Dang, that place looks cool. To bad they don't have anything scheduled for this weekend. |
If the Mount Evans road is open, that's a cool drive, and strap your helmet on and get a rental car with power.
Go to Manitou Springs (about an hour south) and take the cog railroad to the top of Pike's Peak. Estes Park is indeed very nice. Those would be my top three recommendations for one day in Colorado. |
