Spurred into it with a random listen to Schmidt getting turned away from a charity podcast he misguidedly thought he'd crash for the triumphal 'Martin Lewis moment'

Otherwise, alcohol-free sleep is a modern myth.

CK - Brilliant, maybe the best standup working today
Rogan - no thanks
Callen - Dane Cook lite
Hedberg - One of the cleverest standups in recent history. Loved him when he was around but in retrospect his premature death may have caused people to elevate him to God status. Would rather he still be alive (obviously) and coming up with new material.
Tosh - I feel like I should HATE him, but he has his moments

Andy Daly is a goddamn brilliant character-based comedian. The way he ****s with the crowd here is just perfect:

Can't really say anything too definitive about Mindy Kaling's stand-up, since this is really the only stuff of hers that I've heard, but I'll be darned if this weren't a solid 4 and a half minutes:

Dude is quick as hell. Brilliant improviser. Completely in character the entire time. And again, the way he ****s with the crowd in this particular instance is great.

The shit he has done on Comedy Death Ray Radio has caused me to laugh until I very nearly have an aneurysm.
