Red Socks
 

What did you think? Should the Chiefs incorporate all red socks next year or keep the old red/yellow/white stripped socks?

Personally, I thought the red socks were awesome.

I thought the white mid-high sock was mandatory. I know guys used to get fined for not wearing the white sock..

Edit: mandatory for every player in the league.. not just the chiefs

I liked the red but the stripped ones don't bother me either

Bowe and Flowers will get fined.

Carr was rockin' 'em too. I wonder if they just need to be approved by the league first, as a team wide uniform change?

This WILL NOT be happening. Hunt was on 810 this morning and he sounded disgusted/pissed off that some of the guys wore red socks. Said something along the lines of "We haven't modified uniforms in several decades. It's a classic look. I'm going to have to speak with Todd about the socks and have him talk with the players about it". He seriously said something along those lines. For me, it took a little bit of the high away from the win last night (Hunt making that statement).

FWIW, I loved the red socks.

Additional thought...

For me, Hunt's comments just really show how out of touch he is with the fan base.

Dumb. The red socks looked absolute badass. Flowers/Bowe/Carr looked like ballers.

Hunt needs to get with the program. I'm all for keeping it classic, but the red socks updated the uniforms without actually changing anything.

I heard this too. If memory serves, they were worn by Bowe, Flowers and Carr for sure, not sure about other guys. Non-issue stuff is not supposed to be worn, it's an NFL rule. I'm sure they'll all get fined.

Just one step closer to the badassedness of an all red look.
