What's to stop you from making a rig for your webcam so that it attaches at your wrist and moves with your hand... all you have to do then is keep your fingers pinched on the ring... or even better use some clear plastic piece to actually grip as a placeholder.

Seem like this would be easy to cheat

why anyone would want to do this is beyond me.

The better times are validated by a legal team. The video is captured and viewed so you can't cheat.
