So, I played in (and lost) the championship game in my FFL this weekend (if only Bell would have gotten that TD Sunday night, but I digress). I posted a message on our board to my opponent congratulating him. I thought this would be good form.

I got an email from the guy I played (and beat, obviously) in the wild card game.

"I don't even get an e-mail thanking me for not starting Wallace and Hicks in the wildcard round and now your conceiding to Daryl. You shouldn't have even been in. C U next Aug."

If I reply the wrong way, then I'm the typical female and he knows he got under my skin. I'm thinking I'm just going to ignore it, but wondered what others on here would do.

My roster really wasn't good, and I was surprised to even be in the championship game.

Just copy and paste the scoreboard for the game you beat him in and say nothing else.

Tell him to go bake something.

I like this. He's being a whiny bitch. He's the type that has some negative comment about everyone that someone else drafts during our draft. He's a nice guy overall, but he can be annoying in that regard.

He's probably just flipping me shit. You all would be proud. I typed out a response to him, waited a few minutes, and then decided it wasn't a good idea so deleted it instead of submitting it..

"cool story, brah" would be my response. dude was probably just pissed and didn't take a minute to breathe like you did.

Ohhhh one of those. I just love it when they say "Thats a reach" in the 18th round. Its like "No shit, shithead."

I thought about posting a message to the whole board that said:

Apparently, if I'm going to send a congratulatory message to the winner of the league, then I'm supposed to also email every player I beat on the way to that game thanking them for not playing the right players. So thank you!
