Most PE teachers I know are coaches and need to teach something.

So that begs the question is it acceptable for coaches to be fat? I'll grant that a lot of football coaches were ex linemen who have naturally a larger frame than most. But what about other types of coaches?

Demonpenz 01-06-2012 11:35 PM

there ain't enough coaches around to not accept the fat ones

Couldn't care less if a coach is fat or not if he is a positive influence on his team and wins.

I tend to agree with this. While I don't think I would want my personal trainer to be overweight, knowledge, teaching, and motivational skills are the traits I would look for in a coach.

You ****ers missed the joke.

Hammock Parties 01-07-2012 02:54 PM

as long as they're still able to teach/coach good health and fitness without looking like a complete hypocrit, then being a fat coach/teacher aint no thang

Jenson71 01-07-2012 03:22 PM

Having a really fat P.E. teacher scares the kids into working hard in P.E.

"Do you wanna be like me?!? No!?! Well run to the end of the gym and back now!"

Neither should doctors but they are.
